Chocolate Oatmeal Bake
Breakfast bars; 200 cals.
Ingredients
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • ¾ cup nonfat or low-fat plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 cups almond milk (or any milk of choice)
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • ⅓ cup maple syrup or honey
  • 2 large eggs, room temperature
  • 2 cups old-fashioned oats
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • Optional toppings:  Vanilla yogurt, aerated whipped topping, toasted nuts,  and/or additional choc chips or shavings.
