  • 2 cups of fresh or frozen broccoli florets
  • 1 green or red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 carrot, sliced
  • 1 cup of sliced mushrooms
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
  • 1 (8-ounce) package of sugar snap peas
  • 1 cup of baby corn (optional)
  • 1 can of water chestnuts, drained and rinsed (optional)
  • 1 bundle of green onions, sliced
  • Sesame seeds, for garnish (optional)
  • Rice or noodles (optional)
