With Passover and Easter right around the corner, these Bites would be a lovely addition to either holiday.

Ingredients
  • 1 ½ cups dried apples
  • ½ cup Medjool dates, cut in half, pits removed
  • ½ tablespoon agave nectar
  • ½ teaspoon nutmeg
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • ½ cup toasted walnuts
Steps
  1. Place all ingredients into the bowl of a food processor.  Process together with a few pulses.
  2. Roll mixture into evenly sized bites, about 1 inch round.
