High Protein, Chocolate Peanut Crunch Bars
Ingredients
  • 1 cup Drippy Natural Peanut butter (can substitute any nut or seed butter)
  • ⅓ cup Honey (melted) or maple syrup
  • 2 Tablespoons coconut oil, melted
  • 1 ½ teaspoons vanilla
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup of collagen protein powder
  • ¾ cup chocolate chips, melted (I like enjoy life brand)
  • ¼ cup hemp seeds
  • ¼ cup sesame seeds
  • 1 cup Puffed Rice Crisps*
  • flakey Salt, to top
