  • ½ cup scallions, green tops only, chopped

  • 2 tbsp coconut aminos
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • ¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 2 tsp tapoica flour
  • 2 tsp cold water

  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds, toasted, for garnish (optional)
