  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 ¼ cups whole milk
  • ⅔ cup freshly shredded Parmesan
  • ¾ cup freshly shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
