Ingredients
- 2 TBSP Butter
- ½ cup nuts of choice
- 1tsp vanilla extract
- ⅛ tsp salt
- ¼ cup Erythritol
Steps
- 1. Combine all ingredients except the nuts in A non stick skillet over medium heat until the Erythritol dissolves.
- 2. Add nuts and stir 2 to 3 minutes.
- 3. Remove from stove and pour into a rimmed baking sheet/pan lined with parchment paper. Spread nuts evenly with a spoon. (Be careful it’s very hot)
- 4. Allow to cool for 1 hour.
