Keto Nut Brittle

Servings: ¼ of entire recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 TBSP Butter
  • ½ cup nuts of choice
  • 1tsp vanilla extract
  • ⅛ tsp salt
  • ¼ cup Erythritol
Steps
  1. 1. Combine all ingredients except the nuts in A non stick skillet over medium heat until the Erythritol dissolves.
  2. 2. Add nuts and stir 2 to 3 minutes.
  3. 3. Remove from stove and pour into a rimmed baking sheet/pan lined with parchment paper. Spread nuts evenly with a spoon. (Be careful it’s very hot)
  4. 4. Allow to cool for 1 hour.
