Quinoa with Cilantro and Lime

Ingredients
  • • 3 Bags quinoa
  • • 16 Cartons Veggie Broth
  • • 1 pound Cilantro
  • • Salt and Pepper to taste
Steps
  1. Using three large pans, add one bag of Quinoa plus 5 ¼ cartons of veggie broth to each pan.
  2. Chop the cilantro and juice the limes, set aside.
  3. When the quinoa is done, stir in the cilantro, lime, salt and pepper.
