¼ cup soy sauce ¼ cup soy sauce
1 cup water 1 cup water
½ teaspoon ground ginger ½ teaspoon ground ginger
¼ teaspoon garlic powder ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
2 ½ tablespoons packed Truvia brown sugar 2 ½ tablespoons packed Truvia brown sugar
1 tablespoon Truvia honey 1 tablespoon Truvia honey
Pinch of xanthan gum Pinch of xanthan gum

Mix all ingredients but xantham gum and heat on medium high until thick and glossy.
Add a pinch of xantham gum at a time and stir, reducing and combining until target thickness.
