Restaurant Teriyaki Sauce

Ingredients
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 1 cup water
  • ½ teaspoon ground ginger
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 ½ tablespoons packed Truvia brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Truvia honey
  • Pinch of xanthan gum
Steps
  1. Mix all ingredients but xantham gum and heat on medium high until thick and glossy.
  2. Add a pinch of xantham gum at a time and stir, reducing and combining until target thickness.
