Ingredients
  • 2 oz butter, softened (not melted)
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup sweetener
  • 1 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1¼ cups almond flour
  • ½ tbsp baking powder
  • subheading: Topping:
  • 8 to 10 oz frozen peaches, berries or fruit of choice
  • 2 oz butter, melted
  • ⅓ cup powdered sweetener
Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 350. Grease a 8x8 pan.
  2. Cream the butter, cream cheese, and sweetener together with an hand mixer.
  3. Add in the egg and vanilla and mix.
  4. Add in the rest of the ingredients and mix until well incorporated.
  5. Spread batter in prepped pan.
  6. Place the fruit on top of the batter.
  7. Sprinkle with the powdered sweetener and drizzle the melted butter over the cake.
  8. Bake for 45 (??) minutes until the cake no longer jiggles and is golden around the edges.
  9. Store in the refrigerator.
