- ½ tsp ground mustard
- ¼ tsp cayenne
- ½ tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- 10 garlic cloves chopped
- 5 tsp better than bouillon roasted chicken base
- 5 tbsp flour
- 5 cups water
- 24 oz bag petite gold potatoes sliced into halves or quarters
- 2 cup heavy cream
- ¼ fresh parsley chopped
- For garnish: shredded cheddar cheese optional
