Ingredients
  • 1 ½ cups of minced clams
  • 1 ½ cups of boiled and finely chopped potatoes

  • 6 tablespoons of butter
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ cup of grated Parmesan Cheese
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 2 to 4 table spoons of chopped parsley or other garnish
