1 cup butter , softened

1 cup sugar

1 cup brown sugar

2 eggs

2 teaspoons mexican vanilla extract

2 ¼ cups flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

¾ cup unsweetened cocoa

½ cup walnuts chopped, optional

½ cup sugar (to roll cookies in for coating)

48 Hershey Rolo chocolate caramels
