Scrambled Eggs with Lazy Salsa

Ingredients
  • 3 medium ripe tomatoes, sliced into small pieces (3 cups chopped)
  • 1 bunch green onion, sliced into rounds, white and light green parts only (1 cup chopped)
  • ½ medium red onion, diced (1 cup diced)
  • 1 bunch cilantro, roughly chopped (1 cup chopped)
  • 1 lime
  • 1 medium habañero chili, or 2 if you like it hot!
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • ½ tablespoon salt
  • subheading: To serve:
  • 2 to 3 large eggs per person
