  • 4 peaches, sliced
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • ½ tsp nutmeg
  • Cobbler topping
  • ½ cup 1 to 1 gluten-free flour blend
  • ½ cup almond flour
  • 1 ½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ⅓ cup organic cane sugar or coconut sugar
  • ¼ cup butter, melted (can sub vegan butter)
  • ½ cup milk (i use almond milk)
