Brussels Sprouts Salad for One
Ingredients
  • 9 to 10 medium Brussels sprouts -thinly sliced or shredded (2.5 oz)
  • ⅓ cup thinly sliced red cabbage (1 oz)
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons chopped red onions
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons chopped parsley

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
