Warm Chickpea, Artichoke & Feta Salad
Ingredients
  • 1 ⁄2 400g tin chickpeas, drained & rinsed
  • 1 ⁄2 400g tin artichoke hearts in brine, drained & cut in wedges
  • 20g rocket
  • 2 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • salt & pepper, to taste
  • 40g feta, crumbled
  • 20g almonds (roasted), chopped
