Ingredients
- Easiest dinner tonight - 2 boxes of Zatarain's Spanish Rice, 1 can chicken broth, 1 can of stewed tomatoes, 4 frozen chicken breasts (cut into 1" strips). Manual setting for 12 minutes, natural release for about 15 min (and then QR), and it was fantastic! It was about 2 minutes of prep - cutting up the chicken.
