Instant Pot Potato Soup - Paula Dean Style
Ingredients
  • note: 2 bags of cubed frozen potatoes- (don't use frozen shredded )
  • note: 1 box chicken broth
  • note: 2 cans cr of chicken soup
  • note: 2 cans of water
  • note: 2 tsp better than bouillon chicken
  • note: One large onion chopped
  • note: Salt and pepper
  • note: Block of cream cheese- softened and cubed
  • note: bacon, shredded cheddar and green onions for topping
  •  
Steps
  1. *Sautée onions in olive oil- add salt and pepper
  2. *Add potatoes and broth
  3. *Add 2 cans of soup- rinse out each can
  4. *Add 2 tsp of better than boullion
  5. *Mix well- add more pepper if needed
  6. *cook 17 minutes on soup function
  7. *QR
  8. *Mix in cream cheese
  9. *serve with bacon, cheese and green onions.
