IP CRUSTLESS CHICKEN & VEGGIE QUICHE

Ingredients
  • 4 Eggs
  • ¾ C Cheddar Cheese
  • 1  C Shredded (pre-cooked) Chicken
  • ¼ tsp Onion powder
  • ⅓ C Milk (2 %)
  • Salt & Pepper  Dash of each
  • ____________________________________________________________________________I cook the following before mixing in_________
  • ½ Cup Broccoli
  • ½ Cup Cauliflower
Steps
  1. The Cauliflower & Broccoli were cooked on High for 3 minutes QR  then chopped a tiny bit. You can cook yours for less time if you like al dente veggies.
  2. In mixing bowl add milk, eggs, cheese shredded chicken,veggies,salt and pepper - mix together
  3. Pour into 7" silicone or greased heatproof container that will work in the Instant Pot.Pour 1 ½ Cups water into IP liner and place the trivet on bottom, then place the solid silicone or other container on top of trivet.  Close lid, seal, cook on HIGH (Manual). NPR for another 12 minutes. When the 12 minutes are up, "QUICK RELEASE".
