White Chocolate Almond Bliss Balls

Ingredients
  • 200g Almonds
  • 100g Coconut
  • 50g Coconut Oil
  • 50g Maple Syrup (or honey)
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 200g Good Quality White Cooking Chocolate
Steps
  1. 1. Blitz almonds on speed 8 for 15 sec.
  2. 2. Place all other ingredients in bowl (except the chocolate) and blitz with almonds on speed 8 for 15 to 20 sec.
  3. 3. Roll teaspoons of mixture into balls, then freeze on tray, for minimum of 30 mins.
  4. 4. Clean and dry bowl.
  5. 5. Blitz chocolate on speed 9 for 10 sec. scrape down sides of bowl. Then melt on speed 2, 50deg, for 3mins.
  6. 6. Dip frozen balls in chocolate and put them in fridge to set.
