Flax Seed Wraps
Vegan Seed Wraps
Ingredients
  • 1 cup Flax Seeds (pref. golden)
  • 1 tblsp flavoured oil
  • ½ cup hot water
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Spices ( cumin, turmeric, curry powder)
Steps
  1. Grind up Flax Seeds in high speed blender
  2. HEAT oil
  3. ADD salt, pepper, spices & oil to dry mix
  4. ADD hot water & knead into dough ball
  5. Rest for 1 to 2 hours & allow to stiffen
  6. Split into 4 & place each portion between parchment paper & roll thin (or use tortilla press)
  7. Place in dry fry pan for 60 seconds on both sides
