Chickpea Pizza Base
Vegan 'no grain" keto
Ingredients
  • ⅔ cup chickpea flour
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp Italian spice
  • 1 tsp fennel seeds (ground)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ⅔ cups water
Steps
  1. Mix dry ingredients well + ⅔ cups water & mix well
  2. Pour batter into 'non-stick' pan similar to a pancake & wait till it's dry then flip it
  3. Allow to cool & dress up the pizza with pre-grilled veg, sprinkle with cheese & grill/broil until cheese melted
