Ingredients
  • 100 g sunflower seeds
  • 10 medjool dates (pitted)
  • pinch cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp Maple syrup
  • pinch salt flakes
  • 100 g dessicated coconut

  4. Pop pitted dates, seeds (and/or nuts), cinnamon and maple syrup into the mixing bowl and blitz for 30 seconds/speed 4.

  6. Scoop the mixture out of the bowl using a spatula and shape into balls (slightly smaller than golf balls and/or tiny watermelons) between your palms. Use a bowl of water to keep your hands from getting too sticky.

  8. Roll the balls in desiccated coconut or crushed nuts/seeds and allow to firm up in the fridge (if you can be patient enough).
  9. 4.
  10. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.
