Sesame Ginger Salmon Salad

  • 4 Wonton Wrappers, cut into ½" strips
  • Kosher Salt
  • Freshly Ground Black Pepper

  • 1" piece Ginger, chopped
  • 1 clove Garlic, chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Scallions, sliced thin, plus more for garnish
  • 1 tablespoons Sesame Seeds, toasted
  • ¼ cup Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
  • 3 tablespoons White Vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil, plus more for drizzling
