Crack Chicken Instant Pot
Ingredients
  • 2lbs of frozen skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 package of salad and seasoning dry ranch mix
  • 1 block of 8oz cream cheese
Steps
  1. Put in instant pot on pressure cook high for 25 min
  2. Quick release
  3. Shred chicken
  4. Add 2 cups of shredded mild cheese
  5. One tsp pepper
  6. One tsp salt
  7. 2 to 3 tablespoons of corn starch
  8. Serve with broccoli or rice or whatever you want!
  9. Optional: add green chili’s
  10. Add onion
  11. Add green onion
  12. Add mushroom
  13. Bacon
