MY MODIFIED VERSION FROM THE "MY KITCHEN RULES" TV SHOW
Ingredients
  • 500g lamb rump thinly sliced into strips
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1 tsp finely grated fresh ginger
  • ½ tsp Chinese five spice powder
  • 2 tbsp peanut oil
  • 1 bunch spring onions, trimmed, thinly sliced crossways
  • 125ml (½ cup) beef stock
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce, extra
  • ½ tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp cornflour
  • 1 tsp water
  • 4 green shallots, ends trimmed, thinly sliced diagonally
