Hi Sam. I made the sauce by putting 1oz butter.. 1 oz flour and 250 ml of skimmed milk and juice of  half lemon in jug...  6 mins 90  speed 4. Then put in a handfull of parsley speed 8 for few seconds. (Left in jug cos I have 2!) I put the potatoes in the basket. 1 ltr of water in jug (I put boiling water but I don't know if that's right!!!) The salmon I put on wet parchment paper in bottom of varoma and squeezed lemon and salt and pepper. In top of varoma  I put rest of veg (courgettes, carrot sticks, broccoli and asparagus) 20 mins speed 4 on varoma..  put sauce back on to heat while I was dishing up. It was really easy!!!  Hubby wants  me to show him next time! He doesnt cook at all But I reckon he could do that easily!! It was lovely!!
