Easy No Bake Energy Balls
Ingredients
  • I prefer to use activated nuts and seeds but you don’t have to.
  • 2 cups of nuts of your choice - I have used almonds, walnuts and pecans here.
  • 2 cups of medjool dates, pitted
  • 1 cup of seeds  - I have used sunflower, sesame and pepita
  • ⅓ cup of goji berries (soaked for 15 minutes in a some warm water if you have time)
  • 1 Tablespoon of coconut oil
  • Zest of 1 orange
  • Juice of half an orange
  • subheading: OPTIONAL:
  • 1 Tablespoon of honey
  • 1 Tablespoon of raw cacao
