Coconut Oil or Extra Virgin Olive Oil or Macadamia Oil are much more healthier than sunflower or rice bran oils. They are bad for you and your family.
Ingredients
  • 2 egg yolks
  • pinch of salt
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • ½ cup sunflower or rice bran oil
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley
  • ½ tablespoon finely chopped chives
  • 1 tablespoon capers (salted), rinsed and finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon cornichons (or other pickles or gherkins), finely chopped
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons of vinegar from cornichons (or gherkins) or from a bottle of vinegar
