1 package (12 ounces) milk chocolate morsels

¼ teaspoon salt

1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk

2 tablespoons butter

9 Snickers candy bars, fun-size

½ cup (1 stick) butter, room temperature

3 cups confectioners' sugar

½ cup milk
