Great campfire meal that's easy and one pan

Ingredients
- • 2 Pork chops, Bone in
- • 1 15 oz can Pork and beans in tomato sauce drained and reserve ⅓ cup of sauce.
- • ¼ cup Dugers Salsa Dugers Salsa to Die For
- • ¼ cup Ketchup
- • 1 tbsp Minnesota Mustard Minnesota Mustard #3 by Duger
- • 2 Tbsp Brown sugar
- •1 tsp McCormick Grill Mates Montreal Chicken Seasoning
- • 2 Tbsp Bacon bits
- • Or Salt and pepper to taste
Steps
- Season both sides of chops with Montreal Chicken Seasoning or salt and pepper
- In the skillet brown both sides of the chops.
- Remove chops from skillet and add the drained beans, plus ⅓ cup of sauce from beans.
- Mix salsa, ketchup, mustard, and brown sugar.
- Sprinkle bacon bit on the beans.
- Add chops on top of beans and spoon the sauce mix on top of the chops
- Cover skillet and cook on low to medium heat for about 30 min or until 145 to 165 degrees on the chops.
