Skillet Bean Chops by duger
Great campfire meal that's easy and one pan

Ingredients
  • • 2 Pork chops, Bone in
  • • 1 15 oz can Pork and beans in tomato sauce drained and reserve ⅓ cup of sauce.
  • • ¼ cup Dugers Salsa Dugers Salsa to Die For
  • • ¼ cup Ketchup
  • • 1 tbsp Minnesota Mustard Minnesota Mustard #3 by Duger
  • • 2 Tbsp Brown sugar
  • •1 tsp McCormick Grill Mates Montreal Chicken Seasoning
  • • 2 Tbsp Bacon bits
  • • Or Salt and pepper to taste
Steps
  1. Season both sides of chops with Montreal Chicken Seasoning or salt and pepper
  2. In the skillet brown both sides of the chops.
  3. Remove chops from skillet and add the drained beans, plus ⅓ cup of sauce from beans.
  4. Mix salsa, ketchup, mustard, and brown sugar.
  5. Sprinkle bacon bit on the beans.
  6. Add chops on top of beans and spoon the sauce mix on top of the chops
  7. Cover skillet and cook on low to medium heat for about 30 min or until 145 to 165 degrees on the chops.
  8. Enjoy
