Thai Chicken and Nectarine Salad

  • 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • ⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 3 nectarines, plums, or peeled peaches, pitted and sliced
  • 2 cups shredded bok choy (8 ounces)
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
