Chocolate quinoa crisps

  • Y’all these chocolate quinoa crisps are delicious and so satisfying!
  • Not only that, but they are also vegan, oil-free, low-fat, and gluten-free, and with only 150ish calories per crisp (depending on how many you make), they are great for weight loss!
  • I like mine a little big so I divide the mixture into three.
  • subheading: Here’s how you make them:
  • 1 cup toasted/popped quinoa (put uncooked in pan until it starts popping - stir continuously so it doesn’t burn). Once they start popping you’re done.
  • Chocolate sauce - 4 tbsp unsweet cocoa powder, 3 tbsp maple syrup. Mix until combined well.
  • I like to add water until it’s pourable, but you don’t have to.
  • Combine the quinoa and chocolate in a bowl and form into three “crisps or patties.”
  • Freeze until hard
