Za'Atar Roasted Cauliflower with Quinoa Crunch
Ingredients
  • 2 Heads of cauliflower, green stalks removed and broken in to very small pieces
  • 2 tsp za’atar
  • 1 tsp of cumin
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ cup grapeseed oil
  • subheading: For the Quinoa Crunch:
  • 1 cup Quinoa
  • ½ cup of sliced almonds.
  • ¾ cup chopped dates
  • 2 Tbs honey
  • 1 Tbs melted coconut oil
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • subheading: For the Tahini Yogurt:
  • 1 cup greek yogurt
  • ½ cup tahini
  • 1 Tbs honey
  • Juice from half an orange
  • Pinch of salt
