  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder I use Truvani
  • 1 tbsp apple pie spice or pumpkin spice if you don't have apple or sub for cinnamon
  • ¼ cup apple sauce
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 3 small apples about 2 cups chopped
  • ¼ cup water
  • 2 tbsp maple syurp
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
