Danette May's Famous Gluten-Free Fat-Burning Chocolate Chip Cookie
Ingredients
  • 1 ½ cup almond butter (unsalted and raw)
  • ½ cup honey (or substitute 100% maple syrup)
  • 2 eggs (or substitute 4 Tbsp. chia seeds for 1 egg)
  • 1 Tbsp. Vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp. salt (only add the salt if you are using unsalted almond butter)
  • ½ tsp. baking soda
  • ½ tsp. baking powder
  • ⅔ cup shredded, unsweetened coconut
  • ½ cup dark chocolate chips (70% or higher cocoa)
