  • 1½ cups water to pressure cook chickpeas
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala

  • 2 cups long grain basmati rice
  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 2 cups water
  • ½ cup mint leaves chopped
  • ½ cup cilantro chopped

  • 1 tablespoon milk or water warm
