Starbucks Protein Lemon Loaf
Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cup flour
  • ¾ cup vanilla protein powder 90g or three scoops
  • ¾ cup sweetener I use monk fruit
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 cup greek yogurt
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tbs lemon zest 2 lemons
  • 1 ½ tbs lemon juice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract lemon extract if you going for it!!
  • ¼ cup melted butter
  • 2 tbs melted coconut oil
  • subheading: LEMON ICING:
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • ¼ cup vanilla protein powder
  • 2 ½ tbsp milk
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
