  • 1 10-12 oz. bag frozen green bell pepper (or 2 fresh diced)
  • 1 10-12 oz. bag frozen sliced mushrooms (or fresh)
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
  • ¼ cup WYW Nutritional Yeast
  • 2 tablespoons dried parsley
  • 2 tablespoons dried oregano
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • 2 teaspoons chipotle powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper (optional)
