Jean’s Banana Bread

Servings: 8 to 10

Ingredients
  • 1 ¾ c flour
  • 1 ½ c sugar
  • 1 t baking soda
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 bananas
  • ½ c oil
  • ¼ c + 1T buttermilk
  • 1 t vanilla
Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 325°
  2. Butter and sugar loaf pan.
  3. Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl.
  4. Mix wet ingredients in a separate bowl.
  5. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix until just blended.
  6. Pour into prepared pan and bake for 1 hour 15 minutes.
