Rhubarb Crumble Cheesecake Bars
Ingredients

  • ½ c Confectioner’s Sugar, sifted
  • 1 Lg. Egg, room temperature
  • subheading: For the Crust and Crumble:
  • ¾ c Butter, softened
  • 1 ¾ c AP Flour
  • 1 c Rolled Oats
  • ¾ c Lightly packed Brown Sugar (light or dark)
  • ¼ t Kosher Salt
  • ½ c Sliced Almonds
