Ingredients
  • Creamy Baked Mac & Cheese
  • 16 oz. box of large elbow macaroni
  • 6 T. butter
  • 6 T. all purpose flour
  • 3 C. whole milk
  • ½ tsp. each salt and pepper (taste sauce to see if you need a tad more salt)
  • ¼ tsp. mustard powder
  • 8 oz. grated extra sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 C. grated gouda cheese (I buy Great Value brand)
