  • Cucumber
  • Carrots
  • Yellow Peppers
  • Radishes
  • Cherry Tomatoes
  • Pomegranate seeds
  • Quick Pickled onions (a little vinegar and coconut sugar)
  • Quick Pickled Red Cabbage (Apple cider vinegar, sea salt and coconut sugar)
  • Dressing (makes about 500ml)
  • 250ml balsamic vinegar
  • 4 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 8 medjool dates
  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1 tbsp miso paste
  • Sea Salt and Pepper
  • ΒΌ cup water (add a little at a time)
  • It is a very tangy dressing
