These soft and chewy sourdough oatmeal cookies are a super yummy treat packed with plump raisins and a hint of cinnamon. Whip them up for a quick dessert or long ferment them for better digestibility.
Ingredients
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • ½ cup sourdough discard
  • 3 cups oats
  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup raisins (can also sub chocolate chips)
  • Optional ½ cup walnuts
