Beginner Sourdough Sandwich Loaf — Recipes from the Kitchn
Ingredients
  • 1 ¼ cup (10 ounces) water
  • 1 ½ teaspoons yeast
  • 2 cups (16 ounces) ripe sourdough starter (See Recipe Notes)
  • 4 to 4 ½ cups (18 to 20 ¼ ounces) all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon kosher salt (or 1 scant tablespoon table salt)
