Ingredients
  • 4 cups (32 oz container) Swanson’s reduced-sodium chicken broth or your favorite
  • 2 cups potatoes, peeled and cubed (½ inch cubes)
  • 1½ cups onions, chopped
  • 4 cups frozen mixed vegetables, not defrosted (most include peas, carrots, green beans and corn)
  • 3 cups (12 ounces) cooked chicken, diced
  • 1¼ teaspoon dried thyme
  • ¼ teaspoon salt or to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • 1½ cup reduced-fat milk (2%)
  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch or 2 tablespoons flour
