This trout, green bean salad and potatoes were all cooked on the grill. Can’t wait to try it.
Ingredients
  • 2 whole boneless trout (see Cook’s Note)

  • Zest and juice of 2 lemons
  • Freshly ground black pepper

  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • ⅓ cup slivered almonds
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
