- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- 1 egg
- 1 egg white (2 Tbsp)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ cup unsweetened apple sauce
- ⅔ cup almond milk (I use unsweetened original)
- ¾ cup fresh blueberries
- Topping- ½ Tbsp sugar & ½ tsp cinnamon
