Great Detox Soup Recipe for Flushing Out Excess Weight
Ingredients
  • One cup of assorted vegetables (celery, string beans, yellow/red peppers and onions)
  • Half a cup of assorted root veggies (beets/yams or carrots)
  • One cup of mixed baby greens (kale, spinach, and chard)
  • Half a cup of red kidney beans (this is optional)
  • Half a teaspoon of garlic-ginger paste (minced)
  • Two to four teaspoons of an Ayurvedic mix of spices (coriander, turmeric, clove, cumin, cinnamon, black pepper)
  • One to two cups of (preferably homemade) veggie stock
  • One cup of water
  • Some salt (for extra flavor)
